Outside Learning
We have a very large, green outside play area for the children to explore daily with lots of play apparatus and where lots of fun is had!
We have a very special secret nature garden where we learn and observe nature and the seasons and learn to care for the environment. Here we grow vegetables and fruits and play in our mud kitchens and help develop our bug hotel.
Our outside area is used for our end of year infamous Sports Day and for Sports sessions throughout the year.
We take inside learning outside and all areas of the foundation stage are embedded in our wonderful outside space.
We also undertake weekly Forest School Activities in Ham Wood which is a very short stroll away from our wonderful setting.
